Donation Outreach (January–February)
The most flexible way to contribute! PTO will provide a list of emails from businesses that have contributed in the past- your job will be to reach out to them asking them to donate again this year! We will give you a scripted email to send and plenty of guidance- you just send the requests and then collect the item! We need emails to begin being sent asap! The more help we have with this, the less people there are for each person to contact!
